Blue Hen Hash House Harriers

The Blue Hen Hash is one of over 1,500 chapters of the Hash House Harriers, an international drinking club with a running, err, stumbling problem.

While each chapter of the hash is slightly different, the Blue Hens are known for their heavy drinking, obnoxious singing, and medium length runs (2.5 to 4 miles). Often a Blue Hen trail completes with not one person having run the entire trail, normally we stop for two or three beer checks.

Blue Hens are also known for being both the youngest hash, and dead. An interesting feat at best, but we assure you neither appear to be true.

Blue Hen runs the third weekend of each month although there are some exceptions. We are considering adding a second run a month but need more hares to step up.
