Jim provides custom data implementation solutions informed by his deep knowledge of the challenges faced by manufacturing, distribution, and service companies.
He has a range of experience in materials, distribution, customer service, project management, and administration management responsibilities with FMC Corporation and ZF-NA. He holds a degree from the University of South Dakota School of Business and is Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) by the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS).

Dawn brings her expertise in customer service, HR, and office management to inform custom data solutions.
Her experience spans a variety of industries including the credit card, manufacturing, education, and non-profit industries.
She has experience in customer service, human resources, and office management. Dawn is a Microsoft Certified Business Management Solutions Specialist with a Microsoft Dynamics ® GP 10.0 Financials certification.

Roy has varied manufacturing experience—including product design, production planning, and engineering—combined with the data and software skills that create seamless systems for clients.
Roy's work experience was acquired in Silicon Valley's High Tech industry. He has produced a mixture of products including: medical devices, semiconductor equipment, computer and network equipment. His quick understanding of our customers' needs, and working closely with their IT, manufacturing or material groups allows Balance Point Technologies to add value at the most cost-effective stage of manufacturing. He was a MAX user for 15 years and he established and moderates the MAX User Group on Yahoo. His uncanny guru abilities using Excel and Crystal make him our in-house reporting expert.

Tim’s manufacturing experience in inventory and production planning, manufacturing systems development, sales and marketing allow him to produce well-rounded, holistic solutions for clients.
Tim's work experience has included working for two large multi-divisional corporations, which produced a mixture of products including: valves and gauges, electronic monitoring devices, trucks, glass and fiberglass. He has implemented MAX in hundreds of companies around the United States and Canada since 1990. Tim holds an an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and is certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) and Certified in Integrated Resource Management (CIRM) from APICS
