Suppliers of Innovative, Technical, Real, Leather
What we do
Our range of Real Leathers are produced only on European cowhide, combining technological innovation with unique stunning surfaces, e.g Forged Carbon. Using patented technology, a silicone mould is produced from a desired pattern, e.g Carbon Fibre Material, giving 100% negative reproduction, to produce the ultimate Carbon Leather. This is essential for the grain, gloss level and grip. PU is then thinly sprayed onto the mould. Using a mix of aqueous chemicals, pressure and heat, the chosen surface becomes embedded into the leather fibres. Unlike a print, foil or emboss, the finish is IN the leather, not ON the leather, so it will not delaminate. The resulting finish is only 0.15mm thick, thereby retaining the classification as real leather.
Our partner tannery has achieved the prestigious LWG (Leather Working Group Standard) gold status, ISO 9001, 50001,16949 and Satra Membership. All while actively pursuing the protection of the environment, by investing into optimised technologies, energy management and disposal systems.
Our Products:
Our range of leathers are available in technical finishes, e.g Carbon Leather, designer optics and typical leather grains. All produced using the same technology and with superior characteristics.
Below is a selection of our most popular surfaces.
We can produce leather in most colours, using either a pantone ref number or a sample to match. New styles are added periodically, check out the new Forged Carbon Leather.
