We send most of our order confirmations immediately after the order is placed. In rare cases, it can take up to 24 hours before you receive your order confirmation.

If you have not received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder at your email client to make sure it has not ended up there.

Most of our offers include unlimited mileage.

If you choose a car rental with limited mileage, you will have to pay the supplier’s price for extra kilometers. Extra mileage can be quite expensive. We recommend that you either choose an offer with unlimited mileage or that you choose a mileage allowance that is adapted to your planned trip.

If you want to change parts of your car rental booking, you can log in to the My booking.

Once logged in, you will see several options including; add extras, change vehicle, change date, time, location or flight number.

There is no administration fee for changes to the order. However, all changes are subject to current pricing and availability and prices are subject to change. All new orders will be subject to current pricing, as opposed to the price in effect when the original order was placed.

As prices increase the closer you get to your booking date, we recommend that you make any changes as early as possible.

Your current balance will be transferred to the new order and any cost changes will be credited or debited to your payment method.

Yes, if you choose a pickup or delivery time outside of normal business hours, a late pickup or delivery fee will apply.

You must provide the correct information to guarantee that the car is ready for you when you arrive and to ensure correct invoicing.

It is very important to first confirm that the car rental company allows you to take your rental car across the border of the country you wish to visit. If the answer is yes, a border crossing fee will apply.

Border crossing policies and fees can vary significantly from car rental company to car rental company, so be careful when looking.

You can easily do this in the ordering process. Please note that many airlines allow you to bring child seats for free, so it may be worth bringing your own child seat.

No, primarily for insurance reasons, temporary driving licenses are not accepted.

A full driver’s license is required for all rental cars.

Yes, you can rent a car in these cases, but you may have to pay a small fee.
Please enter the age of the main driver during the search to ensure the offer is correct.

Yes, most offers are with full to full fuel coverage. To check the fuel coverage on a quote, click on Terms and conditions in the booking process.

Please note that if you choose Prepaid fuel, the car will be delivered with a full fuel tank and you can return the car with an empty tank. You will not be reimbursed for fuel you do not use.

Even if all mandatory insurances are included, you may still be asked to pay a deductible for any damage. If damage occurs during the rental period, the deductible is a predetermined amount you must pay.

To give an example: If your rental car is damaged or stolen and you have a deductible of 1500 EUR, you are responsible for paying an amount up to and including 1500 EUR. If the damage exceeds the value of your deductible, the remainder is covered by the car rental company. You don’t have to pay anything beyond the deductible.

Please note that some items are not always included in CDW and TW coverage. Items such as windscreens and the car’s undercarriage may be excluded from the insurance and require payment in addition to the excess.

When picking up the rental car, the agent will reserve an amount on the driver’s credit card for the deductible as a deposit in case of an accident. The withheld amount will be refunded when you return the car undamaged. It may take a few days to process your refund.

You can buy excess insurance when you book through us, or when you arrive at your destination.

If you purchase a deductible insurance policy through us, you will still need to pay a deductible deposit directly to the car rental company.

If the car is damaged, you can make a claim for reimbursement of the excess through our insurance provider.

All costs that apply to your car rental are described before you book your car rental.

You must provide correct information. The details of when you pick up and drop off the rental car and the age of the main driver (if he/she is under 25 or over 70 years old) affect the cost in the total price.

In addition, you must pay a security deposit. All deposits are the responsibility of the main driver. Additional fees may also apply in the following cases:

– Insufficient or incorrect documentation.
– Insufficient funds for the deposit/profit.

If you have not pre-booked, the following services or products will be subject to additional charges at the rental location:

• Child seats.
• Extra drivers.
• Rental of GPS.
• Charges across borders.

No, as the rental car is reserved and cannot be rented again until the rental period has expired, we cannot offer a discount for early return.

Cancellations can be made on the My booking page. You can also cancel using the link provided in your order confirmation email.

Please note that if you cancel less than 48 hours before pickup, a cancellation fee may apply. You can see this fee in your order confirmation or in the booking process.
