ENLIGHTENMENT INTENSIVES are three-day residential group retreats with a single purpose: to help you find the answers to life's great questions, such as: "Who am I?"

They do not, however, provide any answers in the form of a teaching or a philosophy.

Rather, an Enlightenment Intensive is an opportunity for you to discover for yourself who you actually are by directly experiencing your very being.

This is what is meant by self-realisation — the inner realisation of the truth of oneself.

It is also a case of sudden enlightenment — a timeless moment in which you suddenly know, once and for all, what has always been true. You consciously awaken to truth itself, the Truth with a capital "T".
