Dear friends of FCCANYS,

It is with pure joy and anticipation that we extend our warmest welcome back to the long-awaited FCCANYS Annual Conference! After an unforeseen hiatus since 2019, it is so exciting that we will once again be together as a supportive community dedicated to the growth and success of family childcare providers across the state.

First and foremost, we express our heartfelt appreciation for your unwavering dedication, commitment, and resilience during these challenging times. The past few years have presented us with unprecedented obstacles, but through it all, you have remained steadfast in your mission to provide nurturing care and invaluable early childhood education.

As we come together for this year’s conference, our collective strength is renewed, and our passion for supporting quality childcare burns brighter than ever. We have put together a fabulous conference featuring a diverse range of educational sessions, engaging workshops, and thought-provoking discussions, all carefully crafted to enhance your professional skills and inspire fresh ideas.

The FCCANYS Annual Conference is not only an opportunity for personal and professional growth, but also a chance to reconnect with old friends and forge new connections. We encourage you to become empowered in this unique environment, where you can exchange experiences, share best practices, and cultivate lasting relationships with fellow childcare providers who understand the joys and challenges of your work.

Prepare yourself for an enriching experience as you immerse yourself in dynamic workshops, keynote speakers and an interactive OCFS session that will broaden your perspectives and empower you to make an even greater impact on the lives of the children in your care.

We are immensely grateful to our sponsors, speakers, and volunteers for their invaluable contributions in making this conference a reality once again. Their dedication, coupled with your enthusiasm sets the stage for an unforgettable event that will fuel your passion for years to come.

So, mark your calendars for October 20 & 21, 2023 and get ready to embark on an inspiring weekend of professional development and camaraderie. Together, let us seize the moment to reimagine the future of family childcare in New York State, and pave the way for even greater success and achievement.
