Ran in place while watching various YouTube videos. Medium bowl of oatmeal with milk, flax meal, cacao nibs, toasted sliced almonds, blueberries; hot water. Walked and rode Muni to UCSF Parnassus. Siteimprove linkchecking, spellchecking, and policy work. Met with Nour about CCI. Created a CCI banner draft and sent it to Frances P and Nour M for review. Nathan gifted me a Chinese pork bun - yum! Multiple CCI banner drafts all day. Created a new Constant Contact account and began seeing how we might be able to switch to it away from Campaign Monitor due to problems with contract compliance. Lunch with Suzan: she brought a salad with fixins from home. I got enchiladas a la carte from Carmelina's. We ate in the shade in Saunders Court and talked mostly about fitness options. Chatted briefly on the phone with Frances about the CCI banner. Workflow and Tools meeting with Suzan: we reinstalled OneDrive and set up a new pattern of working for her. Rode the UCSF Lime shuttle from Parnassus to Buchanan Dental at 100 Buchanan Street. Suzan walked home, and I walked with her most of the way before continuing to meet Patrick at Kerry and Mom Ryan's place. We first visited the new Fisch and Flore intending to dine, but the patio had just gotten full, and the menu did not interest us that much. We walked to dinner on the back patio at Fable. Drinks: non-alcoholic cocktails: white wine for me and aperol spritz for Patrick. We shared a double cheeseburger with fries and the day's special: hand-seared trout with risotto, peas, and broccolini. All food and drink were delicious. There were three minor issues, but they aren't worth mentioning. Walked and rode Muni home. We watched Magic Prank Show s1:e1 on Netflix then The Simpsons s32:e18 Burger Kings on Disney+. Patrick went to bed. I stayed up a bit and did some cleaning and maintenance on spam filters in cPanel.
