The Green Bar Web Site explored the Boy Scout scheme, with a special emphasis on the Patrol Method and ways in which adults and youth could use it.
The Green Bar Web Site was inspired by William “Green Bar Bill” Hillcourt and his work in creating real Patrol and Scouting spirit.
The website operated from 2001 to 2010 and is now defunct.
