Haralson Farm

Haralson Farm is a private breeding and training facility south of Atlanta in Newnan, Georgia.  We specialize in breeding Dutch Warmbloods primarily for dressage. Our goal is to breed light, elegant sport horses that have correct conformation and move well.  Athleticism plus soundness and rideability are the chief characteristics we seek. Genetics, feeding, and exercise are primary factors involved in raising a healthy horse.  Our goal is to keep the youngsters outside on grass the majority of the time, with plenty of room to exercise at will.  Guided by an equine nutritionist, we feed Progressive feed products in order to ensure that each horse receives the correct protein/calorie and mineral balance for optimal steady growth.  In addition, our mares are screened for OCD before breeding and many have the PROK predicate awarded by The KWPN.  Worming and vaccinations are given according to AAEP guidelines.

We are primarily a mare station, breed by frozen or shipped cool semen and most of the stallion/geldings are for sale.  We do have talented fillies/mares for sale but keep some for our breeding program.  Our mares are a cross section of the finest European and American bloodlines, crossed to selected KWPN approved stallions.
