The Queen's Scout Award is the highest award available to the Venturer Scout Section of Scouts Australia for young people aged between 15 and 17. Requiring close to 300 hours and often more, the Award comprises 4 compulsory components: Community Involvement, Outdoor Activity, Personal Growth and Leadership. With less than 4% of Venturers able to accomplish this, we are so proud to congratulate Bree Ingram in Year 12 on this absolutely incredible achievement! #Thrive at #KingswoodCollege

Recently, Ms Gamble set our Prep's a very important task of designing Birthday Cards for our community! But with so much artistic talent Ms Gamble simply couldn't choose - so she picked them all! Our Prep's are very proud of themselves and were so excited to receive a copy of their professionally produced artwork! #Together at #KingswoodCollege

Our ANZAC Observance Ceremony today saw our whole college collectively pause to remember the bravery and sacrifice of the ANZAC troops, and of all troops, in armed conflict since that time. We were privileged to have Warrant Officer Class One, Stephen Bland, a member of the Australian Defence Force, who has served in the Australian Regular Army for 26 years, give our ANZAC Address. As the wreaths were laid, The Ode was recited and the Last Post and Reveille were played, our silence paid homage not only to those original ANZACs, but to all who died or were disabled in their service to this country. Their hope was for the freedom of mankind and we remember with pride, their courage, their compassion and their comradeship. #Together at #KingswoodCollege
