The NRA Foundation Mission at Work
The NRA Foundation is dedicated to protecting our Second Amendment freedoms by supporting activities that promote safe and responsible firearms ownership.
As America’s leading charitable organization in support of the shooting sports, we are dedicated to serving the needs of freedom-loving Americans, preserving the core of our American values and traditions, and Teaching Freedom across this great nation.
State Fund Grants
Each year, volunteers across the country raise charitable dollars and generous donors make gifts that are then awarded as grants in support of educational and public service programs relating to the shooting sports in our communities.
Capital Improvement Grants
Friends of NRA events are known for three things- fun, fellowship, and fundraising. Last year alone, there were over 600 Friends of NRA events across the country raising over $40 million dollars for The NRA Foundation.
Frontline Heroes Scholarship
The NRA Foundation Board of Trustees has established the Frontline Heroes Scholarship to institute a memorial to this distinguished group of First Responders, Law Enforcement Officers, and Military personnel*, who have served continuously and unselfishly in the highest tradition of our great nation.
The Frontline Heroes Scholarship will give a one-time annual award of up to $10,000 for one eligible candidate.

The NRA Foundation brings families together through hunting and shooting sport traditions, and exciting Friends of NRA events all across the country.

National Firearms Law Seminar
The largest gathering of Second Amendment attorneys in the country, the Seminar provides a unique opportunity for attorneys, judges, FFLs, and others to network and discuss this vital area of civil rights law.
