As a professional travel photographer who has been living in South and Southeast Asia for 20 years, I photograph many subjects, including landscapes and the peoples’ lifestyles.

However, my specialty is photographing the mountain landscapes and people (including many exotic tribal people) of the region; i.e., that great mountain chain from the Himalayas in India stretching eastwards down to the South China Sea.

I frequently supply photographs to tour companies and hotels for their promotional packages, and also to books and magazines. Presently, I am working with the Royal Geographical Society, London, among other organisations. I also publish my own calendars, postcards, greeting cards, and posters.

I am showing only a small sample of my work here, but I have a very large stock of photographs available to meet many clients' needs. I'm also available for freelance photo assignments and personal tours throughout the region.

I offer the advantages of someone based in the area with an extensive knowledge of the subjects and places I cover, and speak several local languages as well.

I am continually expanding the regions in Asia that I cover, so you can expect to see more countries and subjects added to this website in the future.

The Photographs Section of this site has samples of my photographs from the Indian Himalayas and Plains, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Burma (Myanmar), China, and Cambodia.
