PilatesFitness started with the aim of offering small and friendly Pilates courses so that you can exercise safely, avoiding injury, and get feedback on how you are doing! By continuing to attend the classes, as well as getting stronger, you are able to develop body awareness and learn the correct focus of each Pilates exercise (which is often different from what you might expect)! All this is essential to obtain the results you want and deserve!·
But we are not just about Pilates: while Pilates is our starting point, we want to help you feel great, look great and "move great" ("move well", "move with ease") NOW and over time. We have many ways to help you get there, and this depends on what you need!
