A network of non-governmental organisations (NGOs) in 16 European countries. It aims to coordinate the activities of NGOs working on the issues of Third World debt, structural adjustment, and financial markets in order to ensure that their views be brought to bear on decision-makers in Europe, the Bretton Woods Institutions and other relevant players.
