Established in 1993, the Center promotes scholarship in the decorative arts through sponsorship of symposia, lectures, exhibition tours and public programs. The Graduate Center Library consists of approximately 25,000 volumes of monographs and bound periodicals and 170 serial subscriptions. Online access is available to the New York Reference and Research Library Agency. Open to the general public by appointment. Research affiliation: Research Library Group
