MapGUI v2.0 is a Flash Map module for website and applications. All States/Countries are customizable buttons with tooltips that can contain your data from any data source, URL links, even images! You have complete control over all Flash Map colors, background, tooltips, click events and more. No Flash programming is required. MapGUI is completely configurable from one text file. Anyone can implement MapGUI on their website in minutes!
MapGUI offers powerful customization options for developers, including a complete client-side API. Change all map attributes in real time based on user interaction! Add hotspots, special buttons that you can locate anywhere on the map, to represent cities, locations, or create hotspots to add countries and islands! Hotspots and state/country buttons are completely programmable with click events that can be used to drive your application based on user input, and tooltips to display information and images. Hotspots can appear in a variety of built-in shapes such as stars, triangles, squares and circles, or you can create hotspots using your own images and even Flash SWFs! All buttons and hotspots include tooltips that support HTML, URL links, images and Flash SWFs.
