We got thrown off by the first Monday being sort of a holiday. There is no meeting for July as it turns out. Further, unless we get some topics for August, we may cancel that meeting as well. A summer break is always a good thing, anyway.

I've several 15" (~14 viewable?) monitors in fine working condition for sale to anyone who can use 'em so I don't just recycle them.
I'm asking $15 each, 2 for $25 (I think I have 5 total, various brands, Sony, Panasonic, AST). Or make offer, I'd rather someone use them than I bring to recycling event tomorrow, Saturday the 21st.
Email me, or quicker is to phone. I won't post phone numbers this time, but I'm in the phone book, check middle initial. I'm Richard _W._ Ernst
Please respond quickly, as if there's no interest, 5 will go to recyclers.
Thanks
Rich

What to do about RedHat?
Thursday, January 22 2004 @ 11:46 AM PST Contributed by: Chris

Now that RedHat is phasing out its non-free distributions and focusing on the enterprise, what are *you*, the RedHat user, going to do? Are you going to pay? Are you going to look at other distributions? Keep that thought percolating in the back of your mind as the meeting date approaches--I'd like to briefly discuss some alternatives and give the group a look at what I've been doing.
