Instructors with The Outdoor School (located on Lake LBJ in the heart of the beautiful Texas Hill Country) connect kids to the natural environment—a place where they can see, hear, touch, smell and even taste nature. Outdoor Education Instructors teach a pre-approved academic and adventure curriculum (including reptiles, water quality, kayaking, archery, outdoor survival, art in nature, and many more!), facilitate team building and high ropes courses, and lead interesting evening activities (astronomy, night sensory and games/campfire). Three weeks of training will provide you with the necessary knowledge in academics, ropes course, and anything else you need to thrive at TOS. Benefits include a weekly stipend up to $375/week and the ability to work for hourly pay on the weekend, free housing, utilities, WiFi access, most meals, Lifeguard and CPR/first aid certification, and pro deals.
