Prayer Teams
Jesus said that when two or more people are gathered in my name, I am with you. With that in mind we have an exciting opportunity to have prayer teams consisting of two or more people available for individual prayers the first Saturday of each month after the 5 pm Mass at St. Patrick Church. They will privately pray with you for healing, special requests, prayers for other people, etc.
If you want to invite someone to come for these special prayers, please invite them to come on February 3rd. This is an awesome opportunity to continue Christ’s mission to pray for the sick and in those in need of special prayers.
Daily Prayer of the Month (April)
Heavenly Father,
As we continue our Easter journey may we become closer to You by seeking Your Will. As the Blessed Virgin Mary answered the Annunciation, may we say yes to the Holy Spirit who leads us on the path that is most pleasing to You. May You enlighten those working to eradicate disease. We pray for a change of hearts of those thinking of, encouraging and executing abortion. We beseech You to assist those affected by war. On this Earth Day, may we have a renewed appreciation for Your wonders of nature. We ask for an increase in laborers, as Jesus said, to religious life this World Day of Prayer for Vocations. We invoke Your help for all these in Jesus name,
Amen.
