What I’ve done lately

I’m a sculptor and teacher who has worked in many different media. I search for the best materials to express each idea, whether in sculpture, drawing, photography or installation projects. At left: a new piece in the studio; above a sculpture demonstration at Chesterwood.

I am a sculptor who works with the human figure, to create portraits, memorial pieces, and work from my imagination.

A life in sculpture

Above: bronze, life size “Woman with Folded Arms” installed at DeVries Fine Art International, the Berkshires sculpture gallery and foundry of sculptor Andrew DeVries. Below: “The Poet and Her Daughter” at Fruitlands Museum. Below, right: “The Reader” at the Melrose, Mass. public library. A life-size bronze child sits beside a stack of books on one of several benches that form a reading garden.

Exploring new projects

In addition to my solo work, I exhibit with the collective FeministFuturist, creating installation art and physical sculpture.
