- Lamination of hard cover to glass and soft film on to hard glass which an application like soft to rigid and rigid to rigid process.
Trimech Technology serves the Electronics industry with precision heating applications and lamination solutions for touch panels. All equipment are trademarked under the brand name "Cherusal". We provides production and testing solutions with customized systems to monitor process parameters, motion control systems, force analytical system, etc.
Research and Development
R&D team in HQ comprises of engineers specializing in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering and Software development. Over the years, the team has been working on developing new technological platforms through continuous innovation. This helps the company to be constantly staying ahead of competition with multiple patents filed for thermal bonding designs and lamination processes.

The evolution of mobile electronics devices (including wearable) resulted in increasing demand for high resolution LCD modules and thin & sensitive touch panels. Innovative designs for mobile devices with slim product profile replace connectors with slim and lightweight components. Computer peripherals such as printers, optical mouse, touch pads and hard disk drives are industries that also incorporate ACF, hot bar soldering and lamination in their product design.

In order to provide pre and post sales service and engineering supports; Branch offices, service centers and distribution channels are set up in multiple countries. Hot Bar Reflow Soldering
Hot Bar Reflow Soldering is a soldering process where two pre-fluxed, solder coated parts are heated using a Thermode to a sufficient temperature to melt the solder between PCB and FPC.
ACF (Anisotropic conductive film) bonding
Anisotropic conductive film, is a lead-free and environmentally friendly adhesive interconnect system.
ACP (Anisotropic conductive paste) bonding
Anisotropic Conductive Paste Bonding is an interconnection technique mostly used for connecting displays to pcb's using anisotropic conductive adhesive and flex foils.
Heat Stacking
Heat Staking is a pulse heat process to join two or more parts on thermoplastic material.
HSC (Heat Seal Connector) bonding
Heat Seal connector (HSC) made its debut in response to the need of densifying electronic components in the age when light-thin-small items are required.
TSA/ HAF Lamination
Thermal Sensitive adhesive (TSA) / Heat Adhesive Film (HAF) which apply to thermal resistant materials such as metal, glass & plastic.
OCA (Optical Clear Adhesive) Lamination
Optical clear adhesive is laminating / bonding technology used in touch panels and display devices to bind the cover lens, plastic, or other optical materials to the main sensor unit or each other.

Thermal Bonding
Method of heating known as Pulse Heat This Technology enables spontaneous control of heat energy according to the thermode size which allow instant heating and cooling. The heating process is achieved by varying the current supply to the thermode.
Lamination
Soft to Rigid Lamination in atmosphere environment through Top/Bottom Silicon Roller.
Rigid to Rigid Lamination in Vacuum environment, offline autoclave process is highly recommended to dissolve bubbles.
Test & Measurement Equipment
Temperature & load cell data logger: suitable for bond line temperature monitoring. Also available for compression or tensile force measurement
Precision Pull Tester: available for wire pull or shear testing which suitable for destructive and non-destructive testing.
