CIVITAS Studio prepared the plans and design guidelines for the mixed use heart of Rouse Hill. The Town Centre, consisting of a Town Centre Core (Phase One) and a Northern Precinct (Phase Two), includes a series of integrated public open spaces, a community and civic focus, pedestrian-friendly streets, and a variety of shopping and employment options.

Following our team’s successful work on the Abu Dhabi Framework Plan, CIVITAS Studio was invited to lead the Master Plan for Zayed City, Abu Dhabi’s 4,500-hectare new capital city district.

CIVITAS Studio was the master planner for this successful new community located 7 km northwest of Hangzhou. Half of the spectacular 830-hectare site, nestled between lush green mountains and the Liangzhu River was preserved in its’ natural state.
