Effective January 1, 2016, all ClientTell Services are made pursuant to the updated Service Agreement set forth at https://televox.com/service-agreement/
(the “Service Agreement”). The terms of the Service Agreement govern Customer's access and use of the Services. In the event there is an applicable separate, non-electronic agreement manually signed by authorized
representatives of the parties, the signed agreement and then the Service Agreement will take precedent.
