Banner Finishing
We can print vinyl banners up to 16 feet wide by 50 feet long. Vinyl banners are finished with heat-welded hems and grommets at no additional cost.
Volume Discounts
The more your order, the more you save! We offer volume discounts based on square footage and ordering multiple prints of the same artwork file. If you have a large order, contact us for a custom quote!

Our prices are based on the choice of design options:
- Designing online using our online designer. We have templates available to customize by adding text, clip art, backgrounds and images.
- Uploading your own print ready file
- Working with one of our graphic designers to create a custom banner
To get pricing on any of the products, select the product, choose the pricing and your design options.
Standard finishing for banners is hems and grommets. Other finishing options include:

Shipping
Select your production time and shipping options while placing your order. Your product will be shipped to you based upon the shipping option chosen, after approval of artwork and payment information is received.

Shipping rates will vary based on the weight of the package. Shipping options include:

At Banners.com we make it easy to get custom banners! You can select your custom size from the drop down menu and view the price before you order. You can either create a banner in our online designer, upload your own file, or if you need assistance designing a banner you can work with our team of graphic designers. Uploading a File
If you are providing your own file, please see our Artwork Specifications PDF. Once you provide us with your own file, our team will look it over to confirm it is acceptable for printing. Work with our Graphic Designers to get a Custom Banner
If you need assistance designing a custom banner, Banners.com can help! We can create custom banners from scratch after you tell us what you are looking for. We can also vectorize or recreate images if you have a logo that isn't print ready.
On your phone and in a hurry? This option is especially useful for our mobile visitors since the Online Designer does not yet offer functionality for mobile devices.
Once you submit any artwork you have and tell our designers what you are looking for, they will email you a proof of your custom banner.

Quality and Materials
What are your banners made out of?
Our standard banner finishing option is printed on 13 oz scrim vinyl. It has a semi gloss finish.
We also have 13 oz. premium gloss banners, 18 oz. extra heavy duty matte banners, mesh banners, fabric banners and canvas banners. For more information about our selection of banner materials, kindly visit the provided link.
How are your banners finished?
Standard finishing options include heat welded hems and grommets. The hems are heat welded to be extra strong. The grommets are placed every 2-4 feet around the banner perimeter depending on the size of the banner. If you need extra support and stability, we offer reinforced hems and reinforced corners for an additional cost. Pole pockets are also available upon request. For more information on all our banner finishing options, please follow the provided link.
What other materials do you have available?
We print on the following materials: mesh, fabric, corrugated plastic (yard signs), window perf, vinyl decals, vinyl wall graphics, vinyl floor graphics, magnets, paper poster, canvas and 3M Control Tac. Click on the product menu on the left to get started.
We also have a wide array of banner stands and displays available that work well for trade shows and exhibits.
Payment Info
All products must be paid for prior to being put into production.
Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
We will not charge your credit card until after you have approved for your proof for your order. Please note that online design orders will not receive proofs, so your credit card will be charged after we receive your order.
Checks

Government Purchase Orders
We will accept Government POs as a valid form of payment. Valid Purchase Orders are City, State, County & Federal Agencies. As well as all branches of the Military.
