As Forklift Enterprises enters into its 35th year of business, we would like to reflect on some of our customer's legacies as well as our own.
In our humble beginnings, Forklift Enterprises was created as an oilfield forklift service company. FLE sought out and obtained Master Service Agreements with some of the major oil and gas "players" of its time. Some of those players were Getty, Shell, Skelly, Texaco, Gulf Oil, Chevron, Conoco, Phillips, Arco, Amoco, Cities Service and a multitude of others across the Permian Basin. Today, through mergers and acquisitions, the oil company names may have changed, but the Master Service Agreements are still honored.
Developing a reputation of high quality and dependability, through the years, we have expanded our services and products to meet the needs of our customers. This resulted in the creation of a new division for tubular goods, Permian Pipe Rental which offers standard EUE 8 round tubing, premium connections such as CS Hydril, PH-6, Kobe, N-Rod, A-Rod, and American Open Hole drill pipe to name just a few.
Expanding with tubular goods also meant our customers would need a way to handle this tubing. We carry slips, elevators, crossovers, stabbing guides, tong head, crummies, TIW valves, pipe racks, catwalks, and blow down pits to name some of the items that are available for rent.
Maintaining with the tradition of answering to our customer's needs, FLE offers a complete tubing maintenance and inspection service. Our services include Four Point EMI inspection, inside and outside tubing cleaning and rattling, visual pin and box thread inspection. We also have a full service machine shop and fabrication department that can handle the simplest job to a complete truck rig up.
