Professional, on-time, and great service from start through the installation process. John did a great job meeting with us, going over the different alternatives and discussing the installation alternatives including pros and cons. Not pushy, just providing clear information and facts. The installation, completed by Steve and Isa was started and completed on time. They went out of their way to ensure the install looked great from both the inside of the house and the outside – coming up with a plan to minimize the number coolant, electrical and drainage lines visible on the outside of the house which was very important to me. Lastly, the price was lower than another quote we received with lower quality equipment (as independently verified by me). Such a great experience. We’re now ready for whatever high temperatures are thrown at us this summer. Highly recommend!
