Our two chapels are in Dade City and Zephyrhills and are the former Oakley Funeral Homes.

The Dade City 301 chapel is located alongside Chapel Hill Gardens Cemetery. The Zephyrhills chapel is located on West 54 to serve the Wesley Chapel and New Tampa area. Please stop by for a friendly conversation or just a cup of coffee.
