Red Lead Lead (II, IV) oxide, otherwise known as red lead or triplumbic tetroxide, is bright amorphous pigment in red or orange color. Red lead alloy is chemically called Pb3O4, or 2 PbO.PbO2. HPPL is a reputed manufacturer of this red alloy in South India having a monthly production capacity of 270 MT. Using the sophisticated Barton Pots and Red Lead furnaces, we produce the perfect quality of this red alloy in Setting as well as Non Setting grades. The Non Setting grade that we offer is ideally suited to Lead Acid storage batteries, glass, paint, plastic and rubber manufacturing industries. This product is extensively used in several other applications as well. Our expertise lies in producing this product as per the client specifications with least impurities. Litharge Litharge is a natural mineral, yellow or buff in color, called Lead Monoxide or Massicot or PbO. It is a canary-yellowish to reddish-yellow powder normally made use of as an ingredient in the production of glass, pigments, ceramic, power cables and as a drying agent in PVC industry. Litharge is also known as Yellow Lead Oxide . HPPL has a production capacity for this Litharge product at 180 MT per month. Lead Suboxide / Grey Oxide Lead Sub-Oxide, otherwise known as Grey Oxide or Battery Oxide is a powder in Blackish to Greenish Grey color that is widely used in Lead-Acid storage batteries manufacturing process, electroplating anode as well as sulfuric acid (H2SO4) tank liners. We have a Suboxide manufacturing capacity of 360 MT per month. Pure Lead / Refined Lead Ingots Commercially known as Refined Lead Ingots or Pure Lead is made out of lead scraps of cable lead, batteries plates, dirty chemicals lead and various other lead forms that are melt in our blast furnace/rotary furnace. We purify Refined Lead ingots in the refining kettle in order to attain 99.98% of Pure Lead and is free from impurities such as Copper, Iron, Tin <10 PPM. Further, our product is tested with spectrophotometer that offer 15 elements test reports.
