Motortrade Consultants Ltd was stated in 2003 by its founder and Managing Director Mr Bob Barnes FIMI MIoD. Prior to starting Motortrade Consultants in 2003 Bob had completed nearly 40years at the sharp end of the Motortrade having worked in all areas of both Aftersales and Sales from the bottom to Directorship and then on to own his own dealership.
The company's business model was created to support the Volkswagen group network to adapt to requirements of BLOCK EXEMPTION REGULATION (BER) 1400/2002. Bob gained his thorough BER knowledge working on the national BLOCK EXEMPTION working party with Toyota throughout the 1990’s
Our team members have managed core process change and implemented ISO & BER standards. We are approved auditors within the automotive industry and can create very powerful business improvements, of which the business improvements will more than offset the cost of our consultants.
