Yoga Classes via Zoom
I would like to maintain clear instruction and still support individual needs.
These classes are not intended for new students of my teaching.
Effective May 6th Monday and Wednesday 10:00 am classes via Zoom and in person.
- Sunday - 11:00-12:00
- Monday - 10-11:00 am
- Tuesday - 5:00-6:00 pm
- Wednesday - 10:00-11:00 am
- Friday - 5:00-6:00 pm
Due to the changes, I will ask you to sign the waiver and return it back to me prior participation in any online classes.
