Offered Hunts

Rifle HUnts

Early season deer hunts can be combination hunts to also include elk and antelope, or you may just prefer to hunt for trophy deer during the rut in November. Either way, you are guaranteed an experience to remember!

Rifle season for antelope only is mid-October; deer is late October through November.

Application deadlines are March 15 for deer and June 1 for antelope.

We offer 5-day 2 on 1, or 1 on 1 guided rifle hunts, with a maximum of 6 hunters per week.

Archery hunts

Archery season is early September to mid-October with an application deadline of March 15. We book 6-day deer/elk hunts for 1-3 hunters. Whitetail hunts are conducted from ladder stands, whereas mule deer hunts are spot and stalk. If you are interested in hunting elk, you’ll want to put in for the Archery Deer/Elk Big Game Combo license, as we do regularly see bull elk on our leases!

We also book 4-day antelope hunts for 1-3 hunters. If you choose the antelope combo, we hunt deer early morning and evening and focus on antelope mid-day from water-hole blinds. Bring cool clothing for sitting in the blinds (temperatures can be up to 90-105 degrees). We provide you with a cooler of drinks and food, but bring a book as you may spend many hours waiting for the right buck to come to water. We recommend fixed, bladed broadheads. You MUST be a dedicated bow hunter for this hunt!

Stay & plaY!

If you fill your tag in the first day, don’t worry because there’s still plenty to do! Stick around Broadus and we’ll take you to call and hunt coyotes, prairie dogs or seasonal birds.
