Mica Band Heaters
As a manufacturer specialized in industrial electric heating elements, NSI builds Mica insulated Band Heaters and Nozzle Heaters, Mica Strip Heaters and even Manifold Heaters for your specific applications.
Cartridge Heaters
NSI custom manufactures Premium Quality Medium and High Watt Density Cartridge Heaters, or Insertion Heaters, that provide excellent heat transfer in applications such as dies, molds, hot plates, or sealing operations.
Ceramic Band Heaters
Also a part of our production capabilities, we manufacture Ceramic insulated Band Heaters that provide greater operating temperatures and efficiency than mica, for use in plastic injection, extrusion and blow molding equipment.

We are a Master distributor of GEFRAN (SIEI, Hubner-Berlin) automation components and instrumentation that cater to the Process Control Industries. We stock numerous types of GEFRAN controllers, linear transducers, melt pressure transducers and rupture disks.

We are a licensed distributor of SHAKO, a world class leader in the pneumatic industry, and we stock and ship its vast line of solenoid valves, FLR’s, fittings and pneumatic cylinders.
