Light a Vigil Light

Here at the Basilica and National Shrine of Our Lady of Consolation, vigil lights burn throughtout the upper and lower Basilica. Each burning flame represents the faith and prayers entrusted to Our Lady's loving intercession.

Please note: our weekday Masses and Adoration are in the Lower Basilica through April 30. If there is a large pilgrimage group or funeral, the Mass will be moved to the Upper Basilica. Signs posted in the sanctuary of the Upper and Lower Basilicas will indicate where Mass is each day.
