Minnewaska Area Prom 2024

The Minnewaska Area High School Prom was held to a packed house on Saturday as MAHS juniors and seniors donned their best attire. “Happily Ever After” was the theme and the prom committee and advisors did a great job setting the stage.

Glenwood native joins Clipper Around the World Race

Glenwood native Sean Sawdon, is just weeks away from the adventure of a lifetime. The 2007 Minnewaska Area High School graduate, is taking part in a 7,200-mile sailing race around North America as a crew member in one-leg of the Clipper Around the World Race.

Tennis team edges Montevideo to improve to 14-0

The Minnewaska Area boys tennis team stayed unbeaten last week with a pair of WCC wins. The Lakers shut out Lac qui Parle-DB last Monday night, 7-0, and also won at home against Montevideo, Tuesday, 4-3.
