I began writing Peeling a Pomegranate in 2004 and after ten years and 570 posts, the pomegranate has been peeled.
This blog started as a way to share what I was learning about Earth-based Magickal Judaism, in the hopes that it would help me find others exploring a similar path. And it did.
Over the years my experience of and relationship with Jewish magick, Jewitchery, and the Jewitch community has both changed and grown. I’ve gone from being one of the kids to one of the elders. I’m an ordained Kohenet, and these days an elder of that community too.
The content from this site is mostly now over on Devotaj.com, which is my current project and much more than a blog. The content that currently remains will be migrated there over time.
