What started off as a seedling of an idea following personal tragedy has now grown into a strong independent company boasting one of the largest range of funeral services and 'personal touches' to help and assist those who wish to give their loved one a beautiful funeral day regardless of cost.

Pauline and all the staff were so attentive, compassionate and a comfort to me and my family during preparations and on the actual day.
My daughter was my first born, an amazing and loving young woman and so we wanted to give her a special send off, one she would have liked and that is exactly what she got. Personal Touch Funerals really does live up to its name.
When my mum passed away at home we were so clueless about what to do next and we didn't have a funeral home in place. I remembered the name of personal touch as my neighbour had used them. My sister-in-law rang up a few others but Pauline was so helpful from the get go it was a no brainer to go with them. She was very accomodating too as it was late and out of hours. We have never planned or been involved in a funeral before and we were all very overwhelmed and anxious about it until we met with Pauline. She made the whole process so much easier and we left there very content having made the right choices and decisions with her help to give our mum a beautiful send off. Pauline and her staff were ALWAYS available for any questions we had. Pauline was always a phone call away and kept in touch regularly and even after the funeral itself. It was very important for us to have the funeral asap as my aunt was over and flying back soon. Thanks to Pauline and her team they were able to make it all happen in time securing dates and locations. This meant the world to my aunt. My aunt even said pauline made her feel like family/friend :)
The funeral day went all as planned and my mum had the send off she deserved. Everything was so beautiful and elegant, the invitations, the mass booklets, the flowers, the coffin itself. The funeral director and drivers were the absolute BEST! Pauline Miller and her team were very personal as they helped us plan the funeral and touched our hearts as they fulfilled everything they said they would do for the funeral service of our beloved mother, granny and great grandmother, Doris Lawrence-Downer.​ Our family will always remember 13th December 2021 as the day when Personal Touch Funeral Services gave us unlimited services for our day. The drivers of the funeral cars were patient and courteous, and the reception decorating and catering that they delivered for us was just exquisite;.
