It’s been a difficult time for Raider Nation lately as we’ve lost another very special person who all Raiders hold dear in Reverend Ricky Jacobs. One of the biggest Raider fans around and one who cared so much for everyone in the community and was kind to all. Thank you Rev. Jacobs. You will be missed but you’ll be with us every time out!
Richmond County has lost another great coach, teacher and mentor with the passing of Coach Raymond Entwistle. Coach Entwistle was a longtime teacher, and coach for Hamlet Junior High School and Richmond Senior High School, helping guide many students and athletes towards their goals with a big smile. He will always be a part of our Raider Magic! Thank you Coach! We send our most heartfelt prayers and our love to his family and friends.
Richmond Raiders everywhere please send love and prayers out for Coach Jason Norton and his family. Coach Norton was a true Raider involved in our community in many sports and later as a coach, teacher, and mentor to so many. Most recently he was Athletic Director at Pine Forest and our thoughts are with the Trojans as well.
Richmond ends the season with a loss to Vance 38-7. The Raiders finish the year with a 13-1 record.

Raiders defeat Scotland
Richmond wins at Pate Stadium over the Scotland Fighting Scots 48-13. The victory secured the Raiders second consecutive SAC championship with an 11-0 overall season record and 7-0 conference record. Go Raiders!!!
The Richmond Raiders defeat Fayetteville 71st 45-6. This is Richmond’s 500th win in school history! The Raiders move to 10-0 this season with a 6-0 SAC conference record. Go Raiders!!!

The Richmond Raiders defeated Lumberton for their homecoming game at Raider Stadium 51-7! Richmond’s record improves to 9-0 for the season and 5-0 in SAC conference play. Go Raiders!
