All signs begin with sawmill custom cut slabs of wood, varying in thickness from 3/4" to 2" depending on your preference.

Your ideas, graphics and wording are laid out and either the letters or background are gouged out by hand.  The color contrast is best achieved by stains.  Color paint can also be used. "
