Welcome

If you are near Austin, TX and in need of aligning your posture, improving range of motion, or increasing your general well-being, you are in the right place.

Sandy Collins’ philosophy of practice is aimed towards providing you with a stronger, healthier and happier life. Rolfing® works with the physical structure of the body, its compensations or inflexibilities, and addresses the root causes of your limited range of motion and other symptoms.

Sandy Collins has achieved the status of Certified Advanced Rolfer™. Advanced Rolfers are trained beyond the basic 10 series of work to recognize patterns and
understand Rolfing® at a deeper level. This allows the Rolfer to develop their effectiveness in structural integration even farther.

Rolf Movement®

Like all Rolfers, Sandy was trained in the traditional ten-session series. It is possible to work towards the same goals outside of the ten-session format, however, this format allows for a great deal of flexibility in dealing both with your particular problems or issues, in a way that will leave your body in good shape to hold the results over time.

One Individual may experience a losing fight with gravity as a sharp pain in the back, another as the unflattering contour of his body, another as constant fatigue, and yet another as an unrelentingly threatening environment. Those over forty may call it old age: yet all these signals may be pointing to a single problem so prominent in their own structures and in the structures that is has been ignored: they are all at war with gravity.
