Welcome to our Phlock
The San Diego Parrot Head Club (SDPHC) is a 501 c(4) Civic Organization founded in 1995 by a group of local Jimmy Buffett music fans who wanted to make a difference in their community. We are the 3rd largest Parrot Head Club in PHiP.
We are dedicated to preserving and improving the environment, and are active in many community-orientated projects. Our club raises money through charity drawings, silent auctions, and donations at club events throughout the year. Fins Up! Bubbles Up!
The Anniversary Party is our signature event. It’s a three-day Parrot Head festival at Campland On the Bay. We phlock together and do good for San Diego. This year we raised $40,000 for our two charities: Honor Flight San Diego, and Us 4 Warriors. We had live music all weekend, a beer garden, silent auction, raffle, and games!
We also mourned the loss of Jimmy. In his tribute, we held a Second Line Parade on Friday.

In 1996, Margaritaville and Parrot Heads In Paradise, Inc. decided to create an award to be given to a deserving Parrot Head Club, emblematic and in recognition of the outstanding Charitable and Environmental efforts of ALL Parrot Head Clubs. SDPHC was the proud recipient of that award in 2015.
