THE BLECH toured 12 years through North and South America, Canada, Japan, Russia, Siberia, Europe and the Soviet bloc. The band have been invited 2 times to „documenta“ Kassel, played at rock, punk, jazz, and contemporary music festivals, has received international awards and shared stage with Elvis Costello, Henry Rollins, Nick Cave, Julie Driscoll & Keith Tippet, Herbie Hancock, Nina Hagen, Klaus Doldinger, Cecil Taylor, Einstürzende Neubauten, Elliott Sharp, Fred Frith, Chaka Chan, John Zorn, Arto Lindsay, Helmut Friedrich Lachenmann, Mauricio Kagel or Luciano Pavarotti.
