Centerless Grindning
Trinel performs the method of centerless grinding called Thru-Feed. The part, bar or tube, passes in between the grinding and regulating wheels supported by a work rest guide. This produces a product that is round and straight.
Polishing
Trinel can polish in three different ways with micro finishes to 8 rms and tolerances held to .0005 limit.
Chamfering
– Trinel can chamfer bars in various diameters up to 1.5 inches.
Saw Cutting
– All diameters cut to length with 1/8″ tolerance.
Packaging
– Wood, paper, and cardboard options available.
Press and Rotary Straightening
Trinel can straighten all materials to our customer’s specification whether it is to industry standard (1/8″ to 5′) or to pumpshaft quality (.0015 per foot).
Reports
We can produce straightness and inspection reports for tight tolerance jobs.

Trinel has recently purchased a new high production bar turner capable of turning diameters from 1/2″ – 2″.
We also have a No. 4 bar peeler capable of turning 1″ – 4 1/2″ diameters.
