Machine Shop
Our state-of-the-art facilities have a wide range of HAAS & Fadal VMC & HMC CNC machines to create your product line in a full range of materials in rapid time. Utilizing CAD and 3-D printing, our team is able to verify design files quickly before putting them into production on the CNC machines. The shop is also instrumental in designing tools and fixtures to improve production activities.
Production
With our teams of experienced assembly, solder, and testing technicians, Wilmanco is equipped to handle any demand for precision components, from intricate machined pieces to integrated electronic assemblies. Production capabilities include Supply Chain Management, Turnkey Contract Assembly Services, In House Supplier Stockroom, Inventory Control, Purchasing, Production Planning, Stockroom Kitting, MRP, Customer Consigned Inventory Programs, Counterfeit Component Mitigation and High-Volume Assemblies in the USA.
