Ewa Bienczycka was born on January 1st, 1952 in Przemysl, Poland. She graduated from the Fine Arts Academy in Wroclaw in 1976 with a degree in painting. She is a two-time award receipient of a fellowship of the Polish Ministry of Arts and Culture. Ewa lives and works in Katowice, Poland.
