Description:	Susan creates portraits made via a rare technique of paper making that I studied in 1973 with Masayoshi Kasugai, master in Obara village, a Japanese paper making hamlet. From plant structures like the mulberry inner bark, I process the colored pulps that are used to create a piece of paper that is a painting.
