	George Cooper (Coop) spent a number of years in both corporate and municipal risk management, as well as being a risk consultant. He also served as the Disaster Chairman for The American Red Cross in SW Colorado, and currently teaches management classes for Pueblo Community College in Southern Colorado. During the 2001 Missionary Ridge Wildfire in SW Colorado, Coop was working at the American Red Cross mass shelter which had been established for people evacuated from their homes during that particular fire.
